Mark your calendars, Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 5th, 2026, and Friday, November 6th, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:40 PM. We hope you can join us!
These conferences offer a valuable opportunity to discuss your child's academic progress, gain a clearer understanding of grade-level state standards and assessments, and discover practical home learning strategies to support your child's growth.
Important Details:
- Core Subjects & Schedule: Conferences for Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies will take place on Nov. 5 & 6, from 8:00 AM to 1:40 PM. Please note that sessions are scheduled by appointment only and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a conference is not needed, please complete the form providing your reason.
- Registration will open Tuesday, October 27th at 8 am.
- Registration Deadlines: To allow teachers adequate time to prepare, sign-ups for Thursday conferences close on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 2:00 PM, and Friday conference sign-ups close on Wednesday at 2:00 PM. Slots book up rapidly, so prompt registration is encouraged. Walk-in appointments cannot be accommodated due to schedule limits.
- Elective & CTE Faculty: While visiting campus, also visit the Library and H Building to connect with CTE and elective teachers.
- Scheduling Multiple Children: If booking meetings for siblings, kindly include a 20-minute gap between sessions (for instance, 8:20–8:40 AM followed by 9:00–9:20 AM).
- For support with Infinite Campus, please visit the registrar’s office.
