Signing into IC Portal for the first time

PART 1. SIGN IN

  1. Go to https://hawaii.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/hawaii.jsp

  2. Select Campus Student.

  3. Enter your Student Username
    • 10-digit student number (This can be found on your class schedule)

  4. Enter your temporary Password
    <first name initial lowercase><last name initial lowercase><birthdate MMDDYY>(ex: bn122513)

PART 2. CHANGE TEMPORARY PASSWORD

Student will be forced to change password. 
1. Enter Old Password.
         •.      Re-enter the default password used on the initial sign-in (ex: bn122510)
2. Enter New Password.  Use CKMSGoogle Password (Ex. Jan#1234)
• New password must be strong enough to reach 100%.
 
3. Verify New Password by retyping the password entered earlier. Click “Save.”
 

PART 3. SECURITY

Change Password
Student will be prompted with “You are required to set an account security email.”
 
1. New Account Security Email
• Enter your CKMS Gmail address in the New Account Security Email field. SID#@k12.hi.us
 
2. Confirm New Account Security Email by re-entering it. SID#@k12.hi.us
 
3. Enter Campus Password :Enter the password you created. Then, click Save. Use CKMS Google Password (Ex. Jan#1234)

PART 4. Download the MOBILE APP

  1. Download the Infinite Campus Student Mobile portal app.

  2. Launch the Campus app and enter your District ID Select Settings.
    District ID: HIDOE

  3. Enter your Campus Portal Username and Password to sign in.
