School Year 2025-2026 Student Transportation Services Quarterly Payment Plan Notice
Quarterly Bus Riders: Please note you must apply each quarter prior to the start of the next academic quarter
This is a friendly reminder that school bus riders who are on the Quarterly Payment Plan must purchase their new bus pass prior to the start of the next academic quarter (as scheduled below) if they wish to continue riding the bus after the break.
Please remit your payment to the school office either in person or by mail (do not mail cash) on or before the due dates listed below. Payments must be cash with exact change.

Here is the online bus application. You will need to enter your child's Student ID number before you can start the online bus application. Please note - if you choose to submit an online bus application your quarterly payments will need to be paid online via EZSCHOOLPAY. Please call the front office at 808-977-1400 if you have any questions.

Etrition for online bus applications will open on Monday, July 15 along with SBT.

For those who submit a paper application, ONLY CASH will be accepted as a method of payment NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.

There will be no grace period between quarters or at the beginning of the school year to not have a pass. A student must present a temporary or permanent pass when boarding the bus.

This is a fillable PDF bus application. This form of bus application is only accepted in person to the front office during office hours. We accept exact cash, check, and money order. Please make checks payable to "Department of Transportation". As a reminder, there is a $25 service fee for all returned checks - Payable to "Director of Finance", and a $5.00 fee to replace a permanent bus pass.
