School Year 2026-2027 Student Transportation Services Quarterly Payment Plan Notice
All bus riders must apply each quarter for a new bus pass

This is a friendly reminder that all school bus applications for the 2026–2027 school year must be submitted on a quarterly basis, for both paid and free-qualified riders. Applications submitted after the quarterly deadline, as well as unpaid or unreviewed applications, will be automatically denied.

 

Please remit your payment to the school office either in person or by mail (do not mail cash) on or before the due dates listed below. Payments must be cash with exact change.

 

Upcoming Quarterly Deadlines:

  • Quarter 1: July 13, 2026 – August 7, 2026

  • Quarter 2: Sept 14, 2026 – Oct 12, 2026

  • Quarter 3: Dec 7, 2026 – Jan 8, 2027

  • Quarter 4: Feb 22, 2027 – Mar 22, 2027

 

1st Quarter: Round-Trip = $72.00.  One-Way= $36.00

2nd Quarter: Round-Trip = $72.00 One-Way= $36.00

3rd Quarter: Round-Trip = $72.00 One-Way= $36.00

4th Quarter: Round-Trip = $72.00One-Way= $36.00

 

How to Apply:

  • Online: Visit go.hidoe.us/SchoolBusService starting July 13.   Applications will be first come first serve basis 

  • Paper: Paper applications are available at your student’s school.

Here is the online bus application. You will need to enter your child's Student ID number before you can start the online bus application. Please note - if you choose to submit an online bus application your quarterly payments will need to be paid online via EZSCHOOLPAY. Please call the front office at 808-977-1400 if you have any questions.

  • Etrition for online bus applications will open on Monday, July 13 along with SBT.
 
  • For those who submit a paper application, ONLY CASH will be accepted as a method of payment NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.
 
  • There will be no grace period between quarters or at the beginning of the school year to not have a pass. A student must present a temporary or permanent pass when boarding the bus.
