Here is the online bus application. You will need to enter your child's Student ID number before you can start the online bus application. Please note - if you choose to submit an online bus application your quarterly payments will need to be paid online via EZSCHOOLPAY. Please call the front office at 808-241-3200 if you have any questions.

This is a fillable PDF bus application. This form of bus application is only accepted in person to the front office during office hours. We accept exact cash, check, and money order. Please make checks payable to "Department of Transportation". As a reminder, there is a $25 service fee for all returned checks - Payable to "Director of Finance", and a $5.00 fee to replace a permanent bus pass.

Quarterly Payment Plan Notice

School Year 2023-2024

To: Parents and Guardians of School Bus Riders Who Selected the Quarterly Payment Option

 

This is a friendly reminder that school bus riders who are on the Quarterly Payment Plan must purchase their new bus pass prior to the start of the next academic quarter (as scheduled below) if they wish to continue riding the bus after the break.

Please remit your payment to the school office either in person or by mail (do not mail cash) on or before the due dates listed below. Payments made by check, money order or cashier’s check should be made payable to “Department of Education.”

As a reminder, there is a $25 service fee for all returned checks (payable to “Director of Finance”), and a $5.00 fee to replace a permanent bus pass.
