Title 1 Resources and Documents
Welcome to our Title I Resources page! We've created this space to provide you with easy access to important documents and information about our school's Title I program. We believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential for student success, and we want to empower you with the knowledge to be an active part of your child's education.
What is Title I?
Title I is a federal program that provides financial assistance to schools with a high percentage of students from low-income families. The goal of this funding is to ensure all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on challenging state academic standards and state academic assessments. This support comes in many forms, such as funding for extrateachers, instructional materials, professional development for staff, and parent involvement activities.
