📢 2026–2027 School Fees & School Bus Applications -Starting Monday, July 13th! 📢

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

We hope you are having a wonderful, relaxing summer break!

To help you beat the back-to-school rush in August, please review the critical information below regarding upcoming school fee payments and the newly updated quarterly school bus application process.

💳 1. School Fee Payment Window

Our main office will be open throughout the week to process general student fees before the school year officially kicks off.   

  • When: Beginning Monday, July 13th, 2026

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

  • Where: Main Office

🚌 2. School Bus Applications & Payments (Crucial Updates!) 

All bus riders must apply each quarter for a new bus pass. This rule applies to both paid and free-qualified riders for the 2026–2027 school year.

Strict No-Grace-Period Policy: There will be no grace period between quarters or at the beginning of the school year. A student must present a temporary or permanent pass immediately when boarding the bus. Applications submitted after the quarterly deadline, as well as unpaid or unreviewed applications, will be automatically denied.

  • Quarter 1: July 13, 2026 – August 7, 2026 | Round-Trip: $72.00 | One-Way: $36.00

  • Quarter 2: Sept 14, 2026 – Oct 12, 2026 | Round-Trip: $72.00 | One-Way: $36.00

  • Quarter 3: Dec 7, 2026 – Jan 8, 2027 | Round-Trip: $72.00 | One-Way: $36.00

  • Quarter 4: Feb 22, 2027 – Mar 22, 2027 | Round-Trip: $72.00 | One-Way: $36.00

🖥️ Option A: How to Apply Online (Recommended)

Online portals (Etrition and SBT) open on Monday, July 13. Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Preparation: You will need to enter your child's Student ID number before you can start.

  2. Apply via either link:

  3. Online Payment: If you submit an online application, your quarterly payments must be made online via EZSCHOOLPAY.

📄 Option B: How to Apply via Paper Application

  1. Pickup: Paper applications are available at your student’s school office.

  2. In-Person or Mail Remittance: Please submit your payment to the school office on or before the quarterly due date.

  3. Strict Cash-Only Rule: For paper applications, ONLY CASH with exact change will be accepted. NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted. If mailing, do not mail cash.
