Aloha parents and guardians, This is a friendly reminder that all school bus applications for the 2025–2026 school year must be submitted on a quarterly basis, for both paid and free-qualified riders. Applications submitted after the quarterly deadline, as well as unpaid or unreviewed applications, will be automatically denied.
Key Dates 🗓️
Quarter 2 registration window: September 22, 2025, to October 17, 2025.
Quarter 3 registration window: December 12, 2025, to January 9, 2026.
Quarter 4 registration window: March 2, 2026, to March 27, 2026.
How to Apply 📝
Applications are reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis, as determined by your school. Due to limited seating, you should register as soon as the application period opens. To apply, you can visit the online registration portal at https://go.hidoe.us/SchoolBusService. Paper applications are also available at your school.
