2025 Summer Learning Opportunities at Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School!

We are excited to announce three free summer learning opportunities for students at Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School!

1. Summer Enrichment Camp for Current 6th and 7th Graders

Current 6th and 7th graders are invited to join us for our Free Summer Enrichment Camp from June 16th to June 27th, 2025, Monday through Friday, from 7:50 AM to 12:00 PM.

This camp will offer a variety of fun activities and learning opportunities, including: Math ,STEM, ELA, Foreign Language, Cooking, S.E.L , Art, Sports Club,Social Studies/Geography And more!   

Free bus service is available, but space is limited and a bus application is required.

2. Summer Transition Camp for Incoming 6th Graders

Incoming 6th-grade students are invited to our Free Summer Transition Camp from June 30th to July 18th, 2025, Monday through Friday, from 7:50 AM to 12:00 PM

 
This camp will offer a variety of fun activities and learning opportunities, including: Math ,STEM, ELA, Foreign Language, Cooking, S.E.L , Art, Sports Club,Social Studies/Geography And more!

3. Math Summer Camp For Incoming 7th and 8th Graders

In addition to the two free summer learning opportunities mentioned above, we are also excited to offer a Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School Math Summer Camp. This camp is open to incoming 7th and 8th grade CKMS students and will be held from June 16th to July 11th, 2025, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

The camp will feature the YouCubed curriculum, which is a hands-on, inquiry-based approach to math learning. Students will have the opportunity to explore math concepts through games, puzzles, and other engaging activities.
