Tryout to make the CKMS All Star Volleyball Teams!

CKMS will hold “tryouts” for any student in grades 7 or 8 only who are interested in participating on the All Star Volleyball Teams (one male and one female team).
Who: Grade 7 or Grade 8 students who are interested
What: 2 CKMS All Star Volleyball Teams
- CKMS All Star Male Volleyball Team
10 players (6 starters + 4 subs) - CKMS All Star Female Volleyball Team
10 players (6 starters + 4 subs)
Where: Kilohana Covered Playcourt
When: Tryouts happen @ Kilohana on Wed, May 15 & Thurs, May 16 at lunch.
How: Any student interested must signup to tryout via the Google Form on the CKMS website during May 7-10. If you don’t sign up, you can’t try out.

Students must be in good standing with the following:
Grade point average of a 2.0 or higher with no F grade in Q4.
Grade point average of a 2.0 or higher with no F grade in Q4.
- No more than 3 referrals in Q4
- No more than 3 tardies in Q4
- No more than 5 absences in Q4
- No suspensions in Q4
Mr. Carvalho will be judging the tryouts and will select 10 male and 10 female players to the CKMS All Star Volleyball Teams.
Those who want to watch!
Students interested in watching the All Star Volleyball Games against Waimea Canyon Middle School must purchase a ticket with their PBIS points. Tickets are 15 PBIS points. You must purchase your ticket by May 23. Only students who purchase a ticket will be allowed into Kilohana.
Student spectators are expected to have the best behavior & never put any player down during the tournament. If there is any rude behavior, the tournament will be stopped and that student will be escorted to the office for discipline.
